Delivery & Return

After placing an order, we will notify the customer about the delivery time.


Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Croatia is carried out through a delivery service. Delivery fees will be clearly stated on the invoice and are determined based on the rates of the delivery service. Free delivery within Croatia for orders over 50€. For deliveries outside the Republic of Croatia, special arrangements will be made.


Upon receiving the delivered product, the customer is obligated to inspect the item and, in case of visible damage, has the right to refuse acceptance and request the delivery of an undamaged product.


In cases where the customer receives a product different from the one they ordered, they have the right to receive the correct product. If that is not possible, the customer has the right to a full refund of the paid product price after returning the incorrectly delivered item.


During delivery, along with the purchased product, the customer will receive all accompanying documents, an invoice, and a receipt of delivery, which they are required to sign. By signing the receipt of delivery, it is considered that the product has been received without any visible external damage.


The customer has the right to return the product at the expense of the seller in the following cases:

  • When a product that was not purchased has been delivered.
  • When a damaged product has been delivered.


In all cases of returning a product to the seller for any reason, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, complete with all accompanying parts and documentation, and all labels indicating that the product has not been used or damaged must not be removed or damaged. If the product is damaged and not in its original packaging, the seller may refuse the return of the item.
